Jill Milan will accept returns of items purchased from the Jill Milan website subject to the terms described here.
For purchases in the United States: Jill Milan will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice, subject to the conditions described on this page:
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for return. Items are inspected for quality before shipping. Merchandise sold as a sample will not be accepted for return.
- When you receive your order examine all items carefully. If you need to return an item, contact Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you wish to make a return. We will then provide you a Return Authorization.
- Number to be used when shipping a return. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Return the item with the packing slip or invoice, with the Return Authorization Number, and in the original boxes and packaging. Ship it to:

We advise you use a shipping method that provides tracking information, and insure the item for full value should anything happen during transit.
- Full-price merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Merchandise purchased from Jill Milan's "Last Chance" or "Sale" pages, or otherwise designated as sale merchandise, must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery and only for credit toward a future Jill Milan purchase.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we sent the incorrect item.
Returns meeting the above criteria will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for original payment. A confirmation email will be sent once a refund has been processed. Jill Milan has no control over the process your or any bank might follow to process refund transactions and so makes no representation as to when any refund might be credited to your account.
For purchases shipped to destinations outside the United States: Items ordered from Jill Milan for shipment to a destination outside the United States are not eligible for return.
Exchanges: We do not offer automatic exchanges but will gladly assist you directly. Contact us by email at email@example.com. As with returns, we cannot accept items shipped outside the United States for exchange.
Jill Milan reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements, in Jill Milan’s sole discretion.

We require the signature of an adult person upon delivery. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order in addition to the shipping time required by your preferred method of delivery. Jill Milan is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as might be caused by weather or a shipper’s operational disruptions. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Fees (U.S.):
Jill Milan generally ships items under three levels of service:
Standard: UPS Ground or similar, 5-8 days
Express: UPS 2nd Day or similar, 2-3 days
Overnight:UPS Next Day Air or similar
Shipping charges are determined during checkout based on destination and the level of service you select.
Orders which total $200 or more can be shipped at the Standard level of service at no charge.
For orders to be shipped to destinations outside the United States, please contact Jill Milan by email at email@example.com with the desired item(s) and the delivery destination’s address. We will calculate charges for shipping and applicable duties and respond via email for your approval. If you approve, we will contact you by telephone to receive payment details.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you after your purchase has been shipped with information enabling you to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have questions about your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changes and Cancellations
If you want to cancel or change your order, please email us at email@example.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified or cancelled.
Authentic Jill Milan products can be purchased with certainty only at https://www.jillmilan.com, from a Jill Milan store, or from approved resellers. Jill Milan does not sell merchandise through other channels such as individuals, consumer-to-consumer exchanges, internet auctions, or consignment websites and stores. Items acquired through such channels might be stolen property or a counterfeit product (an item that is a fake or imitation made with the goal of leading you to believe it is genuine).
Counterfeit Jill Milan merchandise is typically of poor quality, lacks details specific to Jill Milan products and might not be made of non-animal-based or ethical materials. Counterfeit merchandise might well be made in environments which do not provide fair wages or safe environments for workers, and can be a health and safety risk for the consumer. To preserve our brand reputation, Jill Milan takes steps as needed in pursuit of the individuals, shops, websites, etc. that sell fake Jill Milan products.
